SIPmind is an AI voice agent platform operated by Techdab LLC, a Florida limited liability company. SIPmind Operator (this iOS app) is the mobile companion for operators of tenants on the platform.

For SIPmind Operator app users

The SIPmind Operator app for iPhone is a team member's work phone: their own internal number on the company's line, calls to colleagues and customers, WhatsApp, Telegram and Instagram conversations in one list, contacts, deals and tasks.

I can't sign in

Your account was created by your tenant admin in the SIPmind dashboard. There is no public sign-up in the app.
If you don't have credentials yet, ask your company's admin to add you under "Staff" in the dashboard.
For password resets, please ask your tenant admin — they can re-issue the password from the dashboard.
If your tenant admin is unreachable, email hello@sipmind.net with the tenant's name and we will route you to the right contact.

I'm not getting push notifications

Open the iOS Settings app → Notifications → SIPmind Operator → make sure "Allow Notifications" is on.
Re-open the app once after granting permission so it can register a fresh device token.
Pushes can take up to a minute when service routes are warm — they are not instant.

I want to delete my account

Open the app → Settings tab → "Delete account" → confirm. Your operator record and all associated device push tokens are removed.
Calls and conversations attributed to you remain in the tenant's history (for the tenant's own audit), but the link to your personal identity is removed.
You can also email hello@sipmind.net to request deletion if you can't sign in.

For tenant admins

Your dashboard is at https://sipmind.net/dashboard/.
"Staff" → add a person, reset a password, revoke their devices.
"Documentation" inside the dashboard covers most flows. For anything not covered, email hello@sipmind.net.

App Store reviewers
