The AI answers your customers. The leads appear in Bitrix24 by themselves.

SIPmind answers calls, WhatsApp, Instagram, Telegram and website chat around the clock. Every inquiry where the customer left a contact goes to Bitrix24 as a lead, with the channel and the outcome of the conversation.

How to connect it

  1. Create an inbound webhook

In Bitrix24: Settings → Developer resources → Other → Inbound webhook. Give it the crm scope and copy the address, which looks like https://your-portal.bitrix24.com/rest/1/…/.

  2. Paste it into SIPmind

    Settings → Bitrix24 → paste → save.

  3. The next customer is already in Bitrix24

Disconnect from either side: delete the webhook in Bitrix24 or clear the field in SIPmind.

What the AI does before the lead appears

Answers questions about prices, addresses and hours from your knowledge base; hours and phone numbers word for word, as you wrote them.
Takes the contact: name, phone, email. On a call the number comes from the carrier, not from what was heard.
Hands over to a person when the customer asks or the question is beyond it: a call to your staff, a chat to your team.

Questions

Do I have to install an app from the Bitrix24 marketplace?
No. An inbound webhook with the crm scope is enough: you create it in Bitrix24 and paste its address into SIPmind Settings. The address itself is the access, and you can delete it in Bitrix24 at any time.
What lands in Bitrix24?
A lead with name, phone and email, the source SIPmind with the channel the customer came from, and a comment with the outcome of the conversation: what they asked and what was agreed.
Does the AI see the customer's Bitrix24 history?
No. The link to Bitrix24 is one-way: leads go there, and the AI reads the history from the SIPmind CRM, which keeps every past call and chat with the person. Reading history back from the CRM is what the amoCRM link does today.
Can we move our deals from Bitrix24 into SIPmind?
Yes. Export the deals from Bitrix24 to Excel and upload the file under Leads → Set up → Import deals, up to 10,000 rows at a time.
What if Bitrix24 is down?
The lead is not lost. It is saved in the SIPmind CRM and still goes everywhere else you connected: the Telegram group, email, a Google Sheet.
What does the integration cost?
Nothing extra. It is on every plan, including the seven free days.
