The AI books customers into your Google Calendar and keeps your leads in a Google Sheet.

SIPmind answers calls, WhatsApp, Instagram, Telegram and website chat around the clock. It books a customer into free time around what is already in your Google Calendar, sets up Google Meet meetings and writes every lead as a row in a sheet.

No double bookingworking hours, SIPmind bookings and Google free/busy, checked before the AI offers a time.

Google Calendar

  1. Connect the calendar

Integrations → Google Calendar → Connect, and allow managing events, in one click.

  2. Switch booking on

Pick the calendar and the meeting length. For bookings with specialists, set their hours, and the AI offers only free time.

  3. Bookings appear on your side

A move recreates the event, a cancel deletes it. The whole schedule also shows in Apple Calendar, Google or Outlook through a subscription link refreshed hourly.

02

Google Sheets

  1. One click

Integrations → Google Sheets → Connect Google → Create the spreadsheet. We create it in your Drive with the columns in place and give you the link.

  2. Or your own sheet

Share it as Editor with the service address shown in Settings and paste its ID; access is checked the moment you save.

  3. Every lead is a row

Date, name, phone, email and channel. Disconnecting removes our access; the sheet and every row in it stay yours.

Questions

Does the AI see what is already in my Google Calendar?
Yes, when the specialist's calendar is linked to Google: before booking, the AI checks their working hours, the bookings in SIPmind and their Google free/busy. Taken time is never offered.
What happens when a booking moves or is cancelled?
A move recreates the Google event at the new time; a cancel deletes it. Customers can move or cancel a booking themselves, by calling or writing.
Can it set up video meetings?
Yes. When a customer agrees to a consultation or a demo, the AI creates an event with a Google Meet link and emails them the invite, on a call or in WhatsApp, Telegram or the website chat.
Will you get access to my whole Google Drive?
No. For the sheet we ask for access to the one file we create for you; that access cannot open or read any of your other files. Or the other way round: share your own sheet with the service address shown in Settings.
What goes into the sheet?
Each lead as a row: date, name, phone, email and the channel the customer came from. The sheet runs next to the SIPmind CRM, which keeps the full history.
What does it cost?
Nothing extra: the calendar and the sheet are on every plan, including the seven free days. Both stay off until you switch them on.
