Account (profile, API keys, password)

Where: Dashboard → Account. Three parts:

  • Profile — your company name, subscription status (Active / Trial / Expired), and whether your email is verified.
  • API keys — create a SIPmind API key to call our REST API from your own systems; revoke one anytime. Pick Access: Full (server/API), Read only (pulls leads, conversations and reports and changes nothing — for an export or a reporting tool) or Widget only. Always use a Widget-only key in the website chat widget — it goes into your public page source, and a Full key there could be copied and used to take over your account.
  • Change Password — signed in under your own name, it changes your own password; signed in with the account's email and password, it changes the account password.

Your API key is shown only once

A new key (it starts with sk-tenant-) is displayed once at creation — copy it then; we store only a hash and can't show it again. This is NOT your own AI key — if your account runs on its own AI key, that one goes in Settings, not here.

When a key is refused. API key is deactivated — that one key was revoked; create a new one here. This account is switched off. — SIPmind has switched the whole account off: no key is accepted, whatever its access — the website chat widget included — and the app, the dashboard sign-in, the Agent Test and the iCal subscribe URL stop with them. The AI stops serving your customers too: the AI takes no calls to your numbers (a Twilio number rings busy; other lines ring busy or end within a few seconds), WhatsApp, Telegram and Instagram messages are neither answered nor kept, the chat disappears from your website, replies from your operator Telegram group do not reach customers, the incoming-lead webhook is refused, and scheduled calls, messages and reminders are not sent. Nothing is deleted — once the account is switched back on, the same keys, numbers and sign-ins work again, and call campaigns continue from where they stopped. Write to hello@sipmind.net.
